REFUND POLICY:

All qualifying clients are covered by our comprehensive refund policy. If an Embassy rejects a client’s application, if Blue Card Company is unable to secure a job offer for the client, or if a visa is denied, our company guarantees a Partial refund without any deductions. This refund will be processed within 60 business days after the client submits a Refund Claim Form to Blue Card Company. The form will be provided in advance to facilitate a smooth process.

To support their Refund Claim, clients must include a copy of the rejection letter from the consulate. Failure to provide this letter or the rejection stamp on the passport will prevent Blue Card Company from processing the refund.

Additionally, clients are required to submit the refund request form along with a copy of their payment receipt to the Company. Any missing documents will result in the client being ineligible for a refund.

Clients may request a refund within the valid term of their Client Service Agreement (CSA). All eligible refunds will be processed in accordance with our refund policy.

Blue Card Company will not issue refunds for any of the following reasons:

1. The client or any family members included in the application fail their medical examination.

2. The client fails to provide a valid Police Clearance Certificate that is less than three months old.

3. The client or their family members are unable to demonstrate sufficient funds for settlement.

4. The client’s visa is rejected due to the submission of inaccurate, misleading, or fraudulent documentation or information to Blue Card Company and government authorities.

5. The client or any family members have a history of violating immigration or visa laws.

6. There is a delay or late submission of any additional documents requested by Blue Card Company during any stage of the immigration process or after landing.

7. If the Embassy requests a visa interview and the candidate fails to attend or provides incorrect information during the interview.

8. The client does not comply with the refund policy.

9. The client abandons their case before the expiration of the CSA.

10. Fees paid are non-refundable when a partial payment is made towards a full service.

11. If there are changes to any rules or regulations by an overseas immigration authority, high commission, embassy, or regulatory body that prevent from further processing the client’s application.
