Terms of Service

This Client Service Agreement (CSA) is executed on the 14th of Sep, 2024, between Mr. Client (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”) and Blue Card HR & Immigration Company.

Our company is committed to providing the highest quality of service at all times. This Client Service Agreement (CSA) outlines the general terms and conditions that govern our consulting services.

 

RENDERING OF SERVICES:

Once Blue Card Company receives the upfront payment or first instalment, we will assign a Case Manager to evaluate the client’s profile. The Case Manager will hold a virtual meeting to discuss the case, prepare written advice and/or supporting documents, and answer any questions from the processing department.

The client’s interactions with Blue Card Company team is completely confidential. We will not share any details about the client’s case, information, or services with any third party, including family members, unless the client gives us explicit permission to do so.

While Blue Card Company will strive to meet the agreed-upon timeframe, individual case management may occasionally take longer due to special circumstances. If this happens, the company will notify the client about the delay as soon as possible.

 

LIMITATIONS OF SERVICES:

The Client’s Case Manager will provide advice based on the information submitted by the Client to Blue Card Company during the registration process. Consequently, if only limited details are provided, certain assumptions may be made in the application.

While Blue Card Company and its Consultants make every effort to offer accurate advice, please note that immigration laws, policies, and fees are subject to frequent changes without prior notice. Therefore, Blue Card Company cannot accept responsibility for any alterations in the process resulting from these changes in immigration regulations.

 

It is explicitly understood and agreed that the advice given by Blue Card Company consultants is based on the current immigration rules. Should there be any subsequent requirements for additional documents from the immigration authorities, our company, will communicate these changes promptly. If the Client is unable to provide the necessary additional documents and wishes to discontinue the process, this will be regarded as a withdrawal from the application.

 

CONSULTATION:

Blue Card Company’s Case Manager will respond to client inquiries via email within 2 business days. This timeframe is an estimate, and the Company cannot be held liable if it is not met for any reason. To ensure the accuracy and quality of the information provided, the Case Manager may need additional time to address questions that are particularly technical or require confirmation from the Embassy or other relevant organizations.

 

DISCLAIMER:

The client acknowledges and understands that Blue Card Company’s serves exclusively as an advisory service provider. This Client Service Agreement specifically relates to the client’s documentation, immigration process, and visa approval. The client also confirms that all documents submitted to the Company for immigration programs are valid scanned copies of the original documents they possess.

 

Additionally, the client is required to provide notarized copies of the original documents, which may be requested for verification if needed. Blue Card Company does not keep any original documents except those required by immigration authorities. The client explicitly understands and agrees that Blue Card Company is not responsible for verifying the authenticity of any documents, work, or information provided by the client.

 

COST:

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF TERMINATION:

This Client Service Agreement (CSA) remains in effect until the desired outcome is achieved, beginning from the date the client registers.

Blue Card Company reserves the right to terminate this CSA immediately without providing a refund under the following circumstances:

If Blue Card Company has reasonable grounds to believe that a third party, other than the client, is attempting to access services or information for personal or professional benefit.

If the client’s Case Manager finds that the client has submitted false or misleading information.

If there is a period of 3 months without any communication between the client and the Case Manager.

If the client’s conduct disrupts the Case Manager’s ability to provide the agreed-upon services.

If the client delays or fails to make payment within 15 days of the due date at any point as specified in “Annexure A.”

LIABILITY:

The client acknowledges and agrees that Blue Card Company does not manage cases that involve fraudulent documentation or information. The client understands that Blue Card Company has taken on their case based on the information provided, which is presumed to be accurate. Blue Card Company is not liable or responsible for any consequences arising from the submission of incorrect, misleading, or fraudulent documentation or information by the client. Blue Card Company operates under the premise that all materials submitted are accurate and truthful.

 

IMPLICIT TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Blue Card Company hereby disclaims all warranties, whether expressed or implied, statutory or otherwise, regarding this CSA to the maximum extent permitted by law. This includes any warranty that the Services provided under this CSA are appropriate for a specific purpose. The client acknowledges that they have evaluated and relied on their own judgment to determine whether the Services offered under this CSA meet their individual requirements.

In addition to all other provisions of this CSA, both parties agree that RGC’s total liability to the client, under any circumstances—whether related to this CSA or otherwise—will be limited to either providing the relevant Service(s) or refunding the amount paid under this CSA in accordance with the refund policy.

The client is prohibited from posting any negative or defamatory content, including posts, comments, or images, on any public domain, website, or social media platform that may adversely affect Blue Card Company’s reputation during or after the term of this CSA. Any breach of this provision may result in legal action and significant penalties.

 

SERVICE DELIVERABLES:

Blue Card Company provides advisory services solely for consultation purposes and does not assume responsibility for documentation, fund arrangements, or serving as an authority for Visa approval or grants.

We will ensure that clients receive timely updates regarding the immigration process, including any changes to immigration regulations that may affect them.

We offer guidance and counselling on documentation.

We commit to regular follow-ups with the client via email and virtual meetings throughout the process.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

  • VAT/TAX are applicable as per law.
  • All Relevant Authorities & Government fees are paid directly at actuals.
  • In case of not achieving desired result then the fee will be refunded as per refund policy.

 

DISCLOSURE:

Blue Card Company is headquartered in the UAE, with its registered office situated in Dubai. The validity, interpretation, and enforcement of this CSA will be governed by the laws of the UAE. Any disputes arising between the company and any individual concerning the company will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Dubai, UAE.

The parties signing below confirm that they have read and agreed to be bound by the terms of this CSA as of the date indicated.
